My PhD project revolves around developing a diagnostic tool based on smartphones for the initial screening of heart disease. In this project, I use signal processing as well as machine learning techniques to identify heart disease by analysis of physiological signals such as heart sounds and vibrations. This project is funded by SFI Centre for research training in digitally-enhanced reality (d-real). I have completed my master's study in artificial intelligence and hold a bachelors degree in software engineering.
